On the afternoon of August 13, the final meeting of three systems, prefabricated construction quality management system and value-added audit based on Performance Excellence Model of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau") was officially held. Zhang Weihong, general manager of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau; Ma Liqiang, deputy general manager; Zhang Tao, deputy general manager; Li Mao, chief accountant; Hao caibin, general legal adviser, and relevant staff members attended the meeting. Dr. Wang Haishan, chief expert, chairman and senior engineer of JCC, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered an important speech. Guo Xihong, deputy general manager of JCC, attended the meeting. At the same time, JCC organized a high-level expert audit group including Guo Yusheng, Ma Guoming, Zhang Zhe, Zhang zengbiao, Zhou Jiankai and other teachers to attend the meeting.

Dr. Wang Haishan, chief expert and chairman of JCC, made a wonderful speech at the meeting. He said that China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau has been in the forefront of the industry in terms of management system construction. After the epidemic, Dr. Wang Haishan visited 39 governments and enterprises. In view of the overall situation of this year, he talked about several points: first, from the macro-economic point of view, the economic growth in July has turned from negative to positive, and from the macroeconomic forecast, the annual economic growth is expected to achieve 4%. Second, from the perspective of new structural economics, we need to focus on the following aspects, including factor resource endowment, upgrading of industrial technology structure and enterprise's own ability. Thirdly, in terms of Wang's "14th five year plan" strategic planning, construction enterprises need to focus on the following topics: first, consolidating the foundation; second, EPC general contracting; third, marketing; fourth, human resources; fifth, corporate culture; sixth, industrialization; seventh, digitization; Eighth, financial investment; Ninth, industrial layout; and tenth, scientific and technological innovation. Finally, I would like to thank China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau for its help to JCC for so many years. I hope both sides can have more exchanges in the future.

In addition, Mr. Guo Yusheng, on behalf of the audit team, reported the audit findings of the audit team to the leaders of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau. Mr. Guo summed up the audit findings as "five requirements": deep exploration, comprehensive planning, solid work, accurate inspection and resolute reform.

At the end of the meeting, Zhang Weihong, general manager of China Railway Beijing Engineering Bureau, made a summary speech. He said that he would like to thank all the experts.
