In 2017, the certification center of China Construction Association organized the board meeting with Chifeng Construction Industry Association, and Chairman Wang Haishan gave a keynote speech on the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises in developing regions - ten hot topics. In 2018, entrusted by Chifeng Municipal Bureau of housing and urban rural development, the certification center of China Construction Association actively played the role of industry platform, led the delegation of Chifeng construction enterprises to Xi'an to carry out quality and safety standardization observation and training class, which promoted the exchange of the same industry and improved the application level of standards and technologies.

Dr. Wang Haishan delivered a keynote speech on "promoting the strategic transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises in Chifeng City" by making a steady and long-term development, and keeping the right is extraordinary. He pointed out that after the outbreak of the new crown epidemic, China's economic growth has turned from negative to positive. The central government has issued a series of policies to reduce the burden on enterprises, promote intelligent construction and construction industrialization, promote the reform of construction drawing review, and promote the development of green construction. Through the professional analysis of the international situation, industry human resources, stock market and incremental market, Dr. Wang Haishan proposed the strategic development issues that should be paid attention to during the "14th five year plan", which are: project quality / excellence, EPC general contracting, green / healthy building, industrialization, digitization, new infrastructure, social responsibility, qualification management, industrial workers, diversified development, etc. After a detailed interpretation of the specific suggestions of the ten topics, Dr. Wang Haishan listed typical cases of strategic development of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the future development of Chifeng construction industry: scale, branding, marketization, industrialization and digitization.
