On August 5, the final meeting of the third
system supervision and audit of China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau
Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Construction Sixth
bureau") was officially held. Founded in 1953, the Sixth Construction Bureau
of China is a three class enterprise in construction, municipal administration
and highway, with an output value of nearly 100 billion yuan. The group and all
its subsidiaries are provided with certification services by JCC. The cooperation has lasted for more
than 20 years. Facing the important transition period of the 14th Five Year
Plan period, J will
strengthen cooperation with the sixth Bureau of China Construction and provide
technical support in the whole process, "the first is to consolidate the
foundation, build the bottom line, refine the management granularity, and
improve the management maturity; the second is cooperative innovation,
industrialization + digitization, and high-quality development." Dr. Wang
Haishan, chief expert and chairman of JCC, said in his speech.
Wang Jianghai, deputy general manager and
general legal adviser of the Sixth Engineering Bureau of China Construction,
sun Xiuhui, manager of the planning department, Zeng kunjian, Gao Pu, Wang
Xianan and other relevant department heads attended the meeting and listened
carefully to the audit report of the audit team. Director Wang Haishan put
forward suggestions on the strategic development of China Construction Sixth
Engineering Bureau. In this audit meeting, JCC organized a high-level expert audit group with Mr. Zhang
zengbiao as the team leader and Mr. Chen Xiangyang and Mr. Zhou Jiankai as
members. China Construction Sixth bureau is an important backbone enterprise of
the world's top 500 China Construction Co., Ltd., which has developed rapidly
in recent years. On the basis of housing construction business, it has made
remarkable achievements in the fields of large bridge engineering, rail
transit, green building, prefabricated building, etc.
Wang Haishan, chairman of the board, said
that in recent years, JCC has made a lot of research results in digital engineering, social
responsibility, human resource strategy, construction industrialization and
other aspects, which can provide technical support for the whole process of the
14th five year plan development plan of the Sixth Construction Bureau of China.
Chairman Wang Haishan put forward suggestions: first, lay a solid foundation,
build a firm bottom line, improve management maturity and refine management granularity.
In recent years, the Sixth Construction Bureau of China has developed rapidly,
and the management span and personnel have increased continuously. Therefore,
it is necessary to further consolidate the foundation, introduce leading
international standards, and propose to adopt the excellent performance model
to improve the management maturity; the second is to lead by innovation, keep
the right, and develop with high quality. In terms of digitization, it is
necessary to enhance the value of digital market resource elements, study the
establishment of industrial Internet and big data center, and enhance the
construction of enterprise digital capacity by introducing standards such as
ISO 19650. In terms of construction industrialization, chairman Wang Haishan
proposed to study the investment in the construction of prefabricated, green
building industrial park, export complete set management, and development of
interior decoration industrialization. He also suggested that both sides should
strengthen cooperation in c-syspro alliance and other aspects, and improve the
quality of assembly development through inspection system in the alliance.
At the end of the meeting, Wang Jianghai,
deputy general manager of China Construction Sixth Engineering Bureau, made a
concluding speech. He said that the research and accumulation done by JCC in the construction
industry is very leading in the industry, which will be very helpful for the
development of enterprises in the next step. The sustainable development of
enterprises, on the one hand, is to do a good job in the current basic work; on
the other hand, in order to achieve high-quality development, it is necessary
to research and use the new content, so we should pay attention to the basic
work while planning for the industry changes. It is hoped that the sixth Bureau
of China Construction and JCC will have closer exchanges and strengthen cooperation in
combination with the needs of enterprises. Deputy general manager Wang Jianghai
said that he was grateful for the work done by the audit team. The suggestions
made by the audit team of China Construction Association Certification Center
were very professional and pertinent, and the audit work was in place, which
had a profound guiding role in consolidating the foundation management work in
the next step. In the next step, the Sixth Construction Bureau of China should

system to a new level.
