Prefabricated dream, assembly future! On the afternoon of August 7, JCC organized a staff delegation to visit and learn from Beijing Shizong Vanke construction industrialization technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhuzong Vanke"). With the national intensive introduction of the relevant policies to promote prefabricated building, all over the country have responded. Prefabricated building is undoubtedly the development direction of the whole industry, which will inevitably lead the new development trend of the construction industry. In December 2019, JCC issued the first batch of quality management system certification certificates for prefabricated construction enterprises for Beijing Zhuzong Vanke construction industrialization technology Co., Ltd., China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing construction industry investment and Construction Development Co., Ltd. In addition, JCC also provides training, consulting, inspection, certification and standard participation services for prefabricated construction enterprises.

This visit and learning activity will strengthen the in-depth understanding of the latest technology of the prefabricated construction industry by the management staff of JCC, deepen the cognition of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the development of higher quality, and strengthen the friendly relationship between JCC and the general Housing Corporation of China Vanke.

Beijing Zhuzong Vanke construction industrialization technology Co., Ltd. is a production, teaching and research base for housing industrialization invested and constructed by Beijing ZhuZong Industrial Investment Holding Co., Ltd., which was awarded the national housing industrialization base by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development in March 2015. It covers all aspects of the whole industrial chain of development, design, component production, construction and installation, operation and maintenance. The R & D workshop has built a domestic leading fully automatic CNC PC component production line, as well as a fixed pedestal type special-shaped component production line with mobile turnover plate function. It can independently design and produce more than ten kinds of PC component products with prefabricated shear wall, frame and other structural systems. The annual production capacity of prefabricated components is 30000-50000 cubic meters, which can meet the industrial construction demand of over one million square meters The cost input will be reduced by 50% compared with the traditional production line. BIM Technology is applied in the design, construction and hardcover stages, realizing the mutual transmission and timely correction and supplement of building data information in the whole construction industry chain. It has officially entered the era of big data and realized the optimal allocation and integration of resources.

The delegation of JCC first visited the exhibition hall of prefabricated buildings, which is divided into four parts: "prefabricated building", "big data era and prefabricated building", "innovation driven and prefabricated building" and "future prospect". In order to facilitate the delegation of JCC to understand the development process of prefabricated building and the application of BIM Technology and ultra-low energy consumption building technology in the field of engineering construction, the professional and technical personnel of China National Association of construction and construction made in-depth explanation on the professional knowledge in the field of prefabricated building in the form of publicity films and small films.

After that, the delegation went to the production workshop and the model room for a visit. During the nearly 2-hour visit and study, the on-site technical personnel introduced the specific conditions of interior decoration industrialization, shear wall system, ultra-low energy consumption passive room and steel structure, and answered the questions raised by the delegation.
