On the morning of July 31, Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Construction Engineering Group") three system certification audit final meeting was officially held. In 2018, I was also very lucky to visit Daxing airport contracted by Beijing Construction Engineering Group. As a government think tank, JCC provides consulting services for the government, technical support services for the Winter Olympic Games, technical support and standard preparation support for Shanghai municipal government, and high-quality development training service for construction enterprises of Zhejiang construction department. In 2017, we started to study the construction of general contracting capacity of enterprises, and accumulated a certain amount of project management and general contracting capacity, and established a national expert database. In addition, the center also carries out digital engineering certification services. Digital engineering certification plays an important role in cost saving and digital improvement of enterprises. Beijing No.3 Construction Co., Ltd., affiliated to Beijing Construction Engineering Group, is the first enterprise to pass ISO 1965 certification. Beijing Construction Engineering has been in the forefront of the industry in terms of digital construction. Combined with the development of Beijing Construction Engineering Group, chairman Wang Haishan put forward three prospects: first, further consolidate the foundation of quality, safety and environmental management system. In view of Beijing Construction Engineering Group's digital construction and unified information platform, President Li hopes to be able to work out a three-year action plan through the digital engineering certification service provided by JCC, so as to complete the sorting and improvement of Beijing Construction Engineering Group's digital ability. In view of the improvement suggestions put forward by the audit team, Mr. Li put forward two suggestions to all departments of Beijing Construction Engineering Group. The first is to implement the rectification, fully realize the role of three system certification in promoting management improvement, and formulate various corrective measures. The second is to do a good job in continuous improvement, promote management with certification, provide management capabilities in the whole process, and successfully conclude the 13th five year plan strategy and provide support for the 14th five year plan strategy.
