Application materials

1. Certificate of legal status (such as business license of organization legal person, certificate of legal person code of public institution, registration certificate of association legal person, etc.), social unified credit code / organization code.

2. Qualification certificates, safety production licenses, compulsory product certification certificates, safety production licenses and other administrative licenses required by laws and regulations must submit corresponding administrative licenses.

3. Organization introduction, organization chart, personnel situation, production / processing / service process flow chart of products applying for certification (key process and special process shall be clearly stated);

4. Documented information required to be maintained by management system documents or (and) standards;

5 Projects under construction corresponding to the application.
