On July 6, PowerChina Roadbridge Group （hereinafter referred to as "PowerChina")organized the "Enhancing the "Company Quality and Brand Culture Three Years (2019-2021) Action" Achievement Acceptance Summary Meeting and Annual Quality Training meeting". The meeting was presided over by Li Jieli, deputy general manager and chief engineer of PowerChina. Zhou Xiaowu, secretary of the party committee and chairman of PowerChina, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The training was held in the form of "on-site + video". Relevant personnel from the Engineering and Technology Department, Project Management Department, and Safety and Environmental Protection Department of China Power Construction Road and Bridge Group participated on-site. A total of 425 people participated in 68 online video sub-venues such as regional headquarters and project companies. . The training specially invited Dr. Wang, chairman of JCC, to do the training on the theme of "Research on the Development Model of Quality Management in Large-scale Engineering Construction Enterprises" with the development of quality management as the context.
Dr. Wang analyzed the macro data and macro policies of the construction industry from the perspective of new structural economics, and suggested that construction enterprises should strengthen the factor endowment, make the best use of the situation, and give full play to their comparative advantages. Regarding quality management, Dr. Wang sorted out the development history of quality management in China and the West, and introduced the role of the high performance model in improving corporate performance from a research perspective. The earliest buildings were tree dwellings and cave dwellings. Dr. Wang introduced the evolution of building structure and function from the source of construction, and introduced the theory and practice of project management from Lubuge Hydropower Station, the starting point of Chinese construction project management. The sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises requires a set of mature management methods. Dr. Wang 's research on the quality management development of large-scale engineering construction enterprises in the new era put forward a quality development model suitable for Chinese enterprises.
