The city sub-center C08 project was constructed by Beijing Liujian Group Co., Ltd. The project is located in the C08 block of 0701 block, Tongzhou District, Beijing, with a total construction area of 160,652.39 square meters, an above-ground construction area of 100,280.26 square meters, and an underground construction area of 60,372.13 square meters. Underground concrete structure, above-ground steel structure; 3 floors underground, 7 floors above ground, and 14 floors locally. The maximum building height is 60m; the building on the C08 plot of Liuhe Village, the sub-center, adopts a semi-enclosed courtyard layout mode, and the courtyard is enclosed by a one-line short-slab building. The first and second floors of the building are equipped with community-side commerce, and the third floor and above are used for administrative office functions, forming a comprehensive model of commercial and office integration. Each group courtyard is set with two openings for people to pass through, creating a multi-functional block integrating production and residence.



The steel structure life cycle smart platform is based on BIM technology and Internet of Things technology, based on cloud data management, and through multi-dimensional information application, a set of systems integrating design, manufacturing, transportation and installation are established. It can not only meet the needs of enterprises for schedule control, quality control and cost control, but also help to further optimize project management, which can be described as "killing two birds with one stone".



The production cycle management is subdivided into five parts: production plan management, production inspection report, finished product management, list management and ledger management. The production plan management can check the actual production progress of each project, each branch project, and each processing number in real time. Combined with the contract performance node plan and production plan of the project management section, you can clearly see the project contract performance. For projects whose actual production progress is lagging behind, managers can adjust the relevant plans immediately and reverse the production schedule. The production department issues the production construction order to each workshop, assigns tasks, and transfers between each process through the production handover order. After the process is completed, the quality inspection and completion inspection are carried out immediately to ensure the performance of the project.



For quality control, especially in raw material inspection and finished product inspection, the smart platform has a strict control process. Each raw material must undergo initial inspection and re-inspection before it can be used on the component. Each finished product can only be transferred to the finished product warehouse in the system after the inspection and approval by the quality inspector. It cannot flow into the next process without inspection and approval. Therefore, it has strong traceability and escorts the construction of high-quality products.



After the production progress and other data are updated in real time, through the background processing, the material sending and receiving stock bar chart and the productivity report curve graph can be issued. At the same time, it can directly generate the required related data reports, such as "Purchasing Budget", "Production Statistics Report", "Business Analysis Report", "Financial Analysis Report", "Material Inventory Counting List" and other more than 50 types of commonly used reports. According to the BOM list in the system, the verification of cost items such as main materials, auxiliary materials and labor, as well as the cost quota generated by the production of each component, can be effectively controlled.



Since the steel structure full life cycle smart platform has been put into use, it has been closely integrated with the on-site situation, and has played a positive role in promoting progress, quality and cost, and has become a powerful tool in the construction stage of steel structures.
