Due to your hard work, the construction of Wuhan huoshenshan hospital will be completed in six days. According to the notice of the State Council on delaying work and the spirit of the notice issued by the competent government departments such as Beijing, the work arrangements for the near future are as follows:
1. The company tentatively adopts the mode of full staff remote office from February 3 to 9 to provide services for customers. During this period, our staff will contact you by telephone, wechat, QQ and email. Follow up weekly according to the epidemic situation and government notice to determine the corresponding work methods and arrangements. In a word, ensure to provide comprehensive and meticulous service for customers.
2. According to the spirit of the relevant notice issued by the state and industry regulatory authorities, and in accordance with the principles and requirements of IAF id3:2011 "handling of emergencies or situations affecting authorized institutions, conformity assessment institutions and certified organizations", the on-site audit, training and technical services currently arranged shall be suspended. To this end, we have formulated the certification and audit program during epidemic prevention and control to ensure that the validity of your organization's certificate will not be affected. Please consult our market and customer service personnel for details. In the future, the on-site service time will be negotiated according to the epidemic prevention and control in different regions and the actual situation of customers.
3. Our company will strengthen the sanitation and cleaning measures of the office area and all staff after the festival to ensure the health of external staff and the safety and health of both organizations and individuals. At the same time, we are also willing to work together with all customers to win the final victory of "fighting the epidemic situation" as soon as possible!
