He has been engaged in certification audit since 2001 and has rich practical experience in technical quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety management of construction enterprises.

He has been rated as an excellent auditor of China Construction Association Certification Center for many consecutive years, and is also the winner of Shanxi provincial ministerial environmental science and technology progress award.
