The Digital National Quality Infrastructure Alliance is jointly initiated and established by enterprises and institutions, industry organizations, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and individuals in digital engineering related fields. The alliance adheres to the principles of openness, innovation, cooperation and win-win. Its purpose is to serve the construction of "Digital China and smart society", promote the improvement of project quality, improve service level, promote the high-quality development of digital engineering services, create an industry innovation environment, promote inter industry and international exchanges and cooperation, and help the healthy development of China's digital engineering industry.
The organization of the alliance includes the Council, member congress, technical committee, special working group and Secretariat. The Secretariat is located in JCC.
(1) Certification of the enterprise digital engineering management system.
For digital engineering service organizations, based on ISO 19650-1:2018: Organization and digitization of information about buildings and civil engineering works, including building information modelling (BIM) — Information management using building information modelling — Part 1: Concepts and principles; ISO 19650-2:2018:Organization and digitization of information about buildings and civil engineering works, including building information modelling (BIM) — Information management using building information modelling — Part 2: Delivery phase of the assets.
(2) Enterprise BIM Center Service Star Certification.
Provides star ratings for digital engineering service capabilities for enterprise BIM Centers. The evaluation includes the employee capabilities of the BIM Center, the hardware and software information environment, and the service process for the creation and delivery of digital assets to help the Enterprise BIM Center improve the performance and delivery of digital engineering services.
(3) Digital engineering project service certification.
For engineering construction projects, according to the China Digital Engineering Certification Alliance certification technology guide DNQI-0005-2019 "Engineering Project Information Model Certification: Engineering Project", the digital engineering service capability in the engineering project design and construction process is graded evaluation, used to improve the project digital asset creation and delivery service capacity.
(4) Digital engineering software evaluation.

For digital engineering practitioners, the digital engineering service capabilities of practitioners to evaluate and certify. This includes not only the ability to use hardware and software, but also the ability to serve and collaborate in enterprise management systems and engineering projects.
