On June 13th, Fujian Construction Industry Association held a project observation activity of "whole process quality consultation" in Longyan, Fujian. This meeting was hosted by Fujian Construction Industry Association, undertaken by the Young Entrepreneur Committee of Fujian Construction Industry Association, and co-organized by Qianyi Construction Group Co., Ltd. The theme of the meeting was "Quality Consultation in the Whole Process", which aimed to promote the whole process of construction projects in Fujian Province. Quality control management project consulting work, promote the high-quality development of the engineering construction industry in Fujian Province, and improve the quality management level of construction projects. Nearly 100 people including Zhang Junhua, secretary general of Fujian Construction Industry Association, Zhang Jinfeng, executive chairman of the Youth Enterprise Committee of Fujian Construction Industry Association, executive chairman Chen Mingwei, and executive chairman Mu Xiuao, Huang Yun, chairman of Longyan Construction Industry Association, and Qiu Yanzhen, secretary general, attended the event. this event. The event specially invited Dr. Wang Haishan, chief expert and chairman of the JCC , to attend and give a keynote speech.
The main agenda of this event includes two main parts: field inspection of quality projects and expert lectures. On the morning of the 13th, I visited the "Whole Process Quality Consulting" project of the China Construction Enterprise Management Association. On the afternoon of the 13th, Dr. Wang Haishan was specially invited to give an expert lecture on "promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and promoting the high-quality development of construction enterprises".

In the part of the expert lecture in the afternoon, Dr. Wang analyzed the changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises based on the macro data and macro policies of the construction industry, and then proposed five strategies for the 14th Five-Year Plan for engineering construction enterprises: stable growth, structural adjustment, industrialization, digitization, and carbon neutrality issue. The earliest buildings were tree dwellings and cave dwellings. Dr. Wang Haishan introduced the evolution of building structures and functions from the source of construction, and introduced the theory and practice of project management from Lubuge Hydropower Station, the starting point of Chinese construction project management. The sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises requires a set of mature management methods. Dr. Wang promotes the quality improvement of enterprises through the research results of quality management - high-performance model, and introduces the management tool for high-quality development of enterprises - high-performance model. In addition, Dr. Wang introduced the development practice cases of construction enterprises based on the experience accumulated by JCC in the past 30 years. Finally, Dr. Wang guided the enterprise leaders to carry forward the entrepreneurial spirit and lead the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises based on the five habits of outstanding leaders: lead by example, share vision, challenge the status quo, make everyone act, and inspire people's hearts.
