emphasized in the summary of the three system re certification audit meeting.
This morning, the third system re
certification audit meeting of the construction engineering road and bridge
group was officially held. Wang Xiaohui, Secretary of the Party committee of
the construction engineering road and bridge group, Li Lingxia, deputy
secretary, Cheng Fei, executive deputy general manager, Liu Bingyu, chief
engineer, Liao Weiqing, financial director, and Li Yajie, management
representative, attended the meeting. Responsible persons of relevant
departments carefully listened to the audit report of the audit team. Dr. Wang
Haishan, chief expert, senior engineer and chairman of JCC, was invited to attend the meeting and
delivered an important speech. Audit team leader Yang Zefeng, audit team
members Tian Jianli and Li Kunyun form a high-level expert audit team to
provide this audit service.
Liu Jingwei, chairman of the board of CCL
road and bridge group, Li Yajie, the management representative, and other
leaders accompanied chairman Wang Haishan to visit the exhibition hall and
introduced the development history and gratifying achievements to Chairman Wang
Haishan. While observing the smart site platform of CCRC group, chairman Liu
Jingwei introduced that CCL road and Bridge Group launched the smart site
management platform in 2018, and has achieved 100% intelligent management for
new projects. It is reported that Jiangong road and bridge group, founded in
2000, is a comprehensive investment enterprise group with municipal, highway
and construction general contracting as its main business, and project
investment, construction and operation, building materials purchase and sales,
consulting, logistics and commerce as supporting facilities. In recent years,
Jiangong road and Bridge Group has continuously innovated its business model
and its scale has continued to grow. It has set up subsidiaries of labor
service, consulting, building materials, project management and engineering
construction, and has set up the highway and mechanical and electrical business
departments, and has built the four in one whole industry chain advantages of
"investment and development, planning and design, construction and
construction, operation and maintenance".
Chairman Wang Haishan made a wonderful
speech at the meeting, fully expressing the great concern and attention of JCC to the construction
engineering road and bridge group, and introduced the development process and
transformation achievements of JCC in recent years. After combining the development of the industry
and future trends, chairman Wang Haishan proposed three cooperation prospects:
the first is to consolidate the quality management foundation based on the
three system certification, and sort out the organizational governance mode and
project management and control mode. He pointed out that "last year, the
total output value of the construction industry was 24 trillion yuan, and the
stronger the construction enterprises were, the stronger they were. Through
further research, it was found that large construction enterprises were more
balanced in the factor allocation, more comprehensive in the market layout, and
more reasonable in the organizational governance structure." The second is
to enhance the ability of digital construction and digital transformation based
on the capacity building of BIM center. The third is to introduce excellent
performance management mode to promote the company's high-quality development
in various fields. At the last meeting of the audit, Mr. Yang Zefeng summarized
the audit on behalf of the audit team and put forward specific constructive
suggestions: first, strengthen enterprise credit management and monitoring;
second, strengthen the depth, intensity and breadth of project management;
third, deepen research and broaden the project operation mode; fourth,
strengthen the optimization of design functions. According to the above
suggestions, the audit team gives specific improvement ideas.
Li Yajie, the management representative of
China Construction Engineering Road and bridge group, delivered a speech at the
meeting. He first expressed his gratitude to Chairman Wang Haishan and the
professional service provided by JCC. At the same time, he deeply felt after listening to the
suggestions and improvement points put forward by the audit team. Li Yajie said

At the end of the meeting, Wang Xiaohui,
Secretary of the Party committee of CCRC, made a concluding speech on behalf of
the group. Secretary Wang Xiaohui requested that CCRC should make full use of
the opportunity of this audit, combine with the advanced management concept put
forward by Chairman Wang Haishan, grasp the root causes and draw inferences
