After graduating from university in 1968, he has been doing technical and management work in military enterprises for more than 20 years. He has been engaged in total quality management since the 1980s. In the 1990s, he worked in the China Installation Association under the former Ministry of construction and was engaged in science and technology management, quality management and safety management in the installation industry. In the early 1990s, China began to implement the ISO 9000 standard quality management system certification. In order to meet the urgent requirements of the majority of construction and installation enterprises to improve their management level and ensure product quality, in 1996, China Installation Association and China Construction Association Quality System Certification Center (the former China Construction Association certification Center) jointly established the installation sub center of Beijing China Construction Association Quality Certification Center. Therefore, he became the first batch of auditors of China Construction Association Certification Center. Later, under the training of China Construction Association Certification Center, he successively obtained the qualification of internal auditor training teacher of the Ministry of construction and national registered quality management system auditor training teacher.
In recent years, it has been committed to training and comprehensive solutions for quality, environment and safety management of enterprises in the whole industrial chain of the construction industry, and helped hundreds of well-known enterprises achieve management improvement and technology improvement through professional training and management consulting services. He has been rated as an excellent auditor of China Construction Association Certification Center for many consecutive years and won a number of important honors.
